From the age of five, Abi knew she was destined for the beauty industry. After graduating high school, she immediately enrolled at Toni and Guy Academy, making the daily trek from Melrose to Braintree through Boston traffic to achieve her childhood dream. Ten years ago, Abi became a licensed professional and completely immersed herself in the industry she loves.
Abi thrives in the world of beauty, relishing the opportunity to be part of people’s lives and make a difference every day. She eagerly embraces new and exciting techniques, flourishing in environments where her ideas are heard and valued. Her passion for education drives her to be the best version of herself, always striving to meet the needs of her clients.
In her spare time, Abi researches new techniques and seeks innovative ways to stay ahead of the curve. Her vast knowledge of the latest trends, hair and makeup products, and fashion accessories makes her a go-to guide for anyone seeking advice. She loves sharing her discoveries and insights with anyone who will listen, teaching and discussing her findings with enthusiasm.
Outside of the beauty world, Abi enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and beloved pets. She is a proud owner of two bunnies, Pete and Karl, a wonderful cat named Lala, and a gentle giant of a dog, Cash, who weighs over 150 pounds. For Abi, working at The Maven and The Muse is a dream come true. She feels incredibly fortunate that her job never feels like work; it’s like hanging out with best friends and the best clients who love to chat about all things glamorous.
Abi takes pride in ensuring that everyone leaves her chair feeling and looking better than when they arrived. She considers her team an extension of her family and cherishes the camaraderie and creativity they share.
