Erica’s journey to becoming a celebrated hairdresser began 25 years ago when she made the bold decision to leave nursing school and pursue her true passion. What started as a leap of faith quickly turned into a lifelong dedication to mastering the art of hairdressing. Fueled by an immense desire to learn, Erica immersed herself in the world of beauty, constantly striving to deliver the most stunning looks to her clients.
Her journey into precision haircutting began at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Montreal and took her to the birthplace of modern haircutting, London, England, where she further honed her skills at the Sassoon Academy. This rigorous education laid the foundation for her excellence and confidence, propelling her career forward. Erica found immense joy in the synergy between precision cutting and phenomenal color work, driven by a relentless pursuit of education.
Even after 25 years, Erica’s passion for creating polished, fabulous looks for every client remains undiminished. As a salon owner, she thrives on developing her team, witnessing their growth, and fostering a fun, dynamic environment behind the chair. Erica’s dream would be to build a salon by the ocean, combining her love for the beach with her professional life.
Erica is also a devoted dog mom to a three-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer who is infatuated with her. She values exercise, focusing on longevity and well-being, and enjoys exploring new foods and vacation spots. Despite her busy schedule, she finds time to play golf, balancing her professional and personal life with grace.
