Meet Kailah,
Kailah’s journey to the beauty industry has been as dynamic and determined as her maratho running. As the saying goes, “It doesn’t matter how fast you get there, it matters how long you stay,” and Kailah embodies this spirit. Though she always knew she wanted to be in the beauty industry, she first attended a four-year university and spent time as a high-level bartender before finding the strength and conviction to follow her true passion.
Kailah’s drive is fueled by a deep desire to help people feel like the most exquisite versions of themselves. She thrives on making genuine, heartfelt connections and transforming her clients’ looks. Always eager to share her knowledge, Kailah also has a playful side, delighting in giving her colleague David a hard time in a teasing yet endearing manner.
Outside of work, Kailah treasures her time with her husband and is an amazing mom to three energetic boys. She has a passion for plants, is fiercely loyal to her family, friends, and colleagues, and has a weakness for French fries and anything pink and sparkly.
Since entering the beauty industry in 2020, Kailah has been grateful for every experience that has led her to where she is today. Her dedication to sharing her passion with the world shines through in her work, one client at a time.
