Meet Mia

For Mia, hairstyling isn’t just a profession—it’s a powerful form of connection and a way to help people feel like the best version of themselves. With over 15 years in the beauty industry, she has built her career around one simple belief: confidence changes everything.

Mia’s love for beauty began early. As a young girl, she was the friend shaping eyebrows, playing with makeup, and glowing every time someone smiled at their reflection. That spark became her calling—helping others rediscover their beauty and confidence through her craft.

She refined her skills at RD Salon and Blowdry Bar in Scranton, Pennsylvania, where she quickly gained a reputation for precision foiling, dimensional color, and men’s cuts. But what truly sets Mia apart is the way she makes every client feel seen and cared for. Whether it’s a subtle refresh or a bold transformation, she brings warmth, expertise, and intention to every service.

Clients often say time in Mia’s chair feels like therapy—equal parts laughter, conversation, and comfort. She listens closely, learns constantly, and approaches every session as a chance to tell someone’s story through their hair. For Mia, beauty isn’t one-size-fits-all; it’s deeply personal and should always feel like you.

After stepping away from the salon to raise her children and build a life in Massachusetts, Mia returns to the industry with fresh purpose. Motherhood taught her patience, empathy, and the importance of small, meaningful moments—qualities she now infuses into every client experience.

Beyond the salon, Mia is a passionate homebody who finds joy in gardening, holiday decorating, and cooking (her meatballs are legendary). She loves fishing trips with her family and believes true happiness comes from taking care of your people, your space, and yourself.

To Mia, every haircut, every highlight, and every conversation is more than just a service—it’s a chance to help someone bloom from the inside out.
